| With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, especially the extensive application of Web2.0 technology which is obvious on interaction, sharing and collaboration features, it brings significant changesto the generation, transmission and utilization of network information, and creates new patterns, such as user participation, sharing and user creation, which makestheenterprisesurvival and development of the business environment dramatically change. As an inevitable product of the information society, e-commerce is the business model of information society and represents the future of business.However, in the new environment,how to use electronic commerce to create new business value is the urgent challenge for enterprises, and enterprises need an appropriate method to guide the practice of e-commerce platform.At the same time, the academic circles have also begun to pay close attention to studythe value creation mechanism of the electronic commerceas a new type of production relation.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign scholars’ study about the electronic commerce valuetheories, first of all,from the perspective of information flow, the paper studies the process of value creation and evolutionaboute-commerce platform process and builds the value system of e-commerce platform. Secondly, using the principle of catastrophe theory, the paper builds the value evaluation model for e-commerce platform based on catastrophe progression method,and selectsthe main four integrated B2 C online retail platformin China for an empirical study of the e-business platformvalue.The results show that the different platforms have many differencesin the basic value, extension value, expansion value. It is convenient for network organization to realize advantages and disadvantages of different e-commerce platform at the value level, and it provides the e-commerce platform for the future development direction.Finally, through the theoretical analysis and empiricalstudy, the article also provides several ways of countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the value of e-commerce platform for electronic commerce operation. |
