Research On Interbank Investing And Financing Business In Chinese Commercial Bank

In recent years, interbank investment and financing business in commercial banks has developed rapidly, which is considered to be the effective way to circumvent restrictions of loans or policy and to achieve high profits. But this business is not standardized, information disclosure is not sufficient, and business risk is prominent. These problems should not be underestimated. It is of great practical significance for the maintenance of normal market order and the achievement of financial investment and financing business with the industry healthy and stable development if we conduct the research on the commercial interbank financing business.Based on the research of scholars, first I introduced varieties, characteristics of commercial interbank financing business. Secondly, I detailed the S Bank’s Guangzhou Branch Ministry of Finance with the industry to carry out practical work in the same industry investment and financing services, including storage business, business of reverse repurchase agreements, business of direct investment and other asset transfers. This paper argues that the industry investment and financing business meets the growing demand for profit, ease pressure pf deposit-loan ratio and capital adequacy ratio, achieves financing needs of enterprises. However, in the process of rapid development, S Bank’s Guangzhou Branch interbank financing Business, there is no perfect system, the operational risk and regulatory risk is outstanding, asset allocation is imbalanced, customer care is not enough, employees professionalism is low. Therefore, S Bank’s Guangzhou Branch needs to improve interbank investment and financing business from many aspects. Finally, this paper presents suggestions for China’s commercial banks to improve interbank investment and financing business. It is of great importance to achieve steady and healthy development of commercial banks and interbank investment and financing business.
