Since the ancient times, the competition between cities has never stopped. With the developing of marketing economy, cities are facing the problem of development, or into declining, or in trouble, in the contemporary society. How to revitalize urban development has been the subject of regional development. Our country is entering a new urbanization development period, urban need more scientific, reasonable and sustainable development strategy. With this requirement, city-marketing ideas will be more important, as a new developing measures mentioned strategic height. Commercial real-estate as an important part of urban`s function, plays a decisive role in the city development strategy.This paper mainly discusses the impact of commercial real estate marketing on city marketing, through the two elements of the definition, establish of the association between them. Based on this model system, it is concluded five effects, to the city vision attractions, cultural environment of the city, city commerce marketing environment. In addition, commercial real estate positioning ideas reflects the needs of city development, the communication strategy of the commercial real estate also coincide the city marketing communication strategies. Based on commercial real estate marketing having so profound impact on the city marketing, in the actual process of city marketing, should pay attention to the role of commercial real estate. The article through the list of Wanda cultural tourism city and other commercial real estate cases from different aspects to explain the impactions of city marketing.
