China's real estate industry has always been closely related to the national economy.With the continuous development of the economy and cities,the real estate market has also undergone profound changes.The phenomenon of profiteering in the past has ceased to exist.With the increasingly fierce market competition,some qualifications Poor and bad credit real estate agents are gradually being phased out.At the same time,with the development and maturity of the entire real estate industry,a blue ocean market—commercial real estate—has quietly risen in the industry.Different from ordinary residential real estate,commercial real estate maximizes the value of commercial and real estate through special forms of expression.This is the optimal result of the combination of the two.China's commercial real estate started only in the 1980 s.Although it started late,it has developed rapidly.Now is the rising period of rapid development of commercial real estate.The national economy has continued to develop,and residents 'living standards have improved significantly compared to before.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: " Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The contradiction between need and imbalanced and inadequate development." This is also a new requirement for the development of real estate.Commercial real estate must continue to develop with economic changes.In the recent period of time,although commercial real estate has achieved slow development,there are still some problems,especially in terms of marketing that occupy an important position.The industry generally believes that the main direction and research of commercial real estate in marketing strategies is not as good.Other aspects are so in-depth and specific,including the inaccurate and unreasonable positioning of products and prices,and the fact that they did not really go into the market to understand the real customer needs,which also affected the development of the industry to varying degrees.The main content of this paper is: "New marketing strategy" of an auto parts city project in KT Group's commercial real estate project under the current economic form and in a highly competitive market environment.By changing the traditional marketing model,with new ideas,precise positioning,a scientific system,and rich channels,a multi-pronged approach is adopted to change the old marketing strategy of KT commercial real estate projects,and ultimately achieve the overall success of project marketing.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,a large number of commercial real estate projects have started in the country,and the overall number has grown rapidly.Domestic scholars and industry professionals have continuously studied and discussed various problems and related countermeasures in commercial real estate marketing strategies.In the real estatedevelopment,there are problems such as too weak brands,few marketing channels,disorderly pricing systems,and lack of complex talents.In the face of the current severe situation of commercial real estate development,this article explores the commercial real estate marketing strategies of the KT project and presents the commercial real estate marketing strategies.The problems are shown in an intuitive way of case analysis,and the model is optimized to finally solve the problem of KT project marketing strategy.Through the research on the marketing strategy of KT commercial real estate projects,the development and operation of commercial real estate in third-tier cities under the conditions of fiercely competitive markets are explored,with a view to enriching the current research results in this field,and for Marketing provides lessons.
