| China’s manufacturing industry is faced with rising labor costs, raw material prices,higherforeign investment policy barriers, the influence of various factors such as tax breaks down,the world status of manufacturing is gradually replaced by a south-east Asian countries suchas Thailand, and Vietnam.Companies shut down their domestic factories in China andgradually shift production base to the countries that demographic dividend is still thedominant like southeast Asia and Africa, such as Lutai, Zhongyin flocking clothing factoriesin Cambodia, the Huafusefang, Bai Long Oriental and Samsung companies was opening afactory in Vietnam. Nowadays,international trade barriers are higher and higher, in the formof more and more variety of cases, the manufacturing industry to keep the advantage positionin the international competition, it must continue the transformation of competitive advantage.Competitive advantage is not invariable, and the industrial development needs constantlycultivating and developing a competitive advantage.The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of financial support to the transformation ofindustrial competitive advantage.First of all, based on the deep understanding of industrytransformation of competitive advantage and financial support of relevant theories, we studythe effect of financial support industrial advantage transformation mechanism, including themechanism of the financial market and the government’s financial support;And based on themechanism analysis, we further describe the status quo of financial markets and financialsupport in the the relevant industries with competitive advantage transformation in ourcountry.Secondly, based on the mechanism of industry competitive advantage transformation,build panel data model,make empirical analysis for the world’s manufacturing industry indifferent countries, different industries and different industries in China respectively. |
