Study On Evaluation Of The Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise’s Competitive Advantage Based On Knowledge Integration

The value of the equipment manufacturing industry lies in the rapid growth of the national economy, so that China can be built a manufacturing giant with core technologies. In the era of Industrie 4.0 and with the development of global economy, competition of equipment manufacturing industry is getting more and more fierce and cruel. Enterprises of CHINA are facing big threats from international large-scale businesses, and also opportunities and challenges in overcoming technical constraints. Therefore, it is of great significance to integrate explicit and tacit knowledge resources,so that competitive advantages hard to imitate can be formed.From the perspective of knowledge integration, factors that influence competitive advantages are summarized an evaluation index system for equipment manufacturing enterprises is constructed and furthermore tested with AMOS20.0. Then, according to the fitting result and construct validity of the model, indexes which do not meet the standards are eliminated, several new rounds of model verification are carried out until a reasonable result be obtained, finally a comparatively perfect index system is established. After that, this paper builds an evaluation model of competitive advantage for the equipment manufacturing enterprises based on support vector machine and particle swarm, 100 enterprises of 10 cities in northern China are selected as research samples to be graded by the evaluation model, advices for competitive advantages enhancement are proposed accordingly.
