Research On Problem Of Smart City’s Information Security Safeguard

Since the mid twentieth Century, with the process of marketization, industrialization and city continues to accelerate, the development of the modern city has attracted more and more land, energy, space and clean water resource shortage serious influence and the restriction, the population expansion, the deterioration of the environment, traffic and public security threats and other urban diseases pose serious challenges to the development of modern city. New ideas of smart city with the scientific concept of innovation of the city development, open up a new perspective of people to know the city and development of the city, and the information technology, intelligent technology and multi network advanced as the support, with smart, smart and intelligence management service life as a carrier to create a new mode and new forms of modern city development, is considered to be an important trend of modern urban diseases to solve the key tool and the future city development. Since entering the new century, Guangzhou city’s economic and social development has made attract people’s attention achievements, however, due to various reasons, Guangzhou city in the city early due to extensive development of various urban diseases have become increasingly prominent, in order to develop low carbon, smart and happiness as well as the concept of new city development road, Guangzhou city in 2010 the situation presents with smart city construction as an opportunity, to further establish and improve the core competitiveness of Guangzhou city. Because the smart city construction involves a variety of modern information technology, and time is short and the lack of experience, the smart of urban construction of Guangzhou city is facing the challenge of information security, if we do not pay attention to will have serious consequences. This article is based on this background, the information security problems in Guangzhou city construction based on the new situation of intelligence system.In order to enhance the scientific, systematic and Countermeasures maneuverability, in this study will adhere to raise questions, analyze and solve the problem of "three steps" paradigm, knowledge about the comprehensive use of information management, system management theory, information economics and project management theory, focusing on theoretical analysis and the empirical research combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the organic unity, problem analysis and countermeasure research logic design, in reference on the basis of analysis and comparison, put forward Guangzhou city to build a smart optimization strategy of information security. The sixth part is the optimization principle and strategy analysis of Guangzhou smart city construction of information security, it is the research results of this paper. The seventh part is a conclusion which is the summary of this study. In this research mainly uses the literature analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis of three methods. Compared with the similar research, this research has important theory significance and practical significance, is conducive to innovation of our smart city construction research field and research paradigm, in favor of the Guangzhou smart city construction planning and information security improvement, is conducive to the promotion of China’s smart and experience mode of city construction of china.
