Study On Some Issues In The Housing Security Mode Of Tianjin City

In Tianjin, one of the municipality cities in our country, with high housing prices nowadays, housing security becomes an important people project to solve middle-income and low-income families housing problem. It's conducive to better meet the housing need of middle-income and low-income families in different levels and in phases to do housing security work well and improve housing security policies in Tianjin. It makes great significance for building a harmonious society.This paper reviews the relevant theories of housing security, explores successful experience in the housing security system construction in some advanced countries as the United States, Singapore and Japan, simultaneously, analyzes housing security in the advanced areas of Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong's in our country. On this basis it summarizes specific reference measures; Secondly, it analyzes the housing security situation of Tianjin, studies housing security mode of Tianjin with the current housing security policies of Tianjin; Finally, according to the current housing security problems in Tianjin, it makes clear the target and guiding principles of housing security in Tianjin; propose a basic housing security mode that is government-led mode with whole society to participate in phases; put forward the specific measures to improve affordable housing in Tianjin, which includes: strengthening the operation and management of affordable housing, establishing environmental system of housing security system and expanding sources of funding of affordable housing.
