The competition of local bearing enterprises in the China market becomes more intense due to the low entry requirement, lack of exit mechanism and also the competition from the overseas bearing enterprises. In order to have a space in the market, more and more enterprises apply credit account sale model. The reason is that credit account sale can broaden the market occupancy, increase sales income, reduce stock quantity and enhance market competitiveness. But with the increase of credit account sale, the receiving on credit also increases. This requires us to have effective administration and control sales on credit as less control will cause the increase of management cost, the rise of bad debt lost, the fall of financial strait and the increase of operation risk.. Finally, the operation efficiency and the market competitiveness of the bearing enterprises also will be affected, which is not good for the long-term, stable and healthy development of the enterprises. Thus, it is very important to study how to strength the management of credit account sale, which has important significance to the bearing enterprises.ZX is a company with growing rapidly which mainly concentrate on manufacturing and selling bearing and spare parts. The receivable is growing with the increase of sales. But the receivable is of poor quality and there are some problems in the firm management, Which hinder the firm development. In response, this paper start with receivable and the relevant theory, summarize the research at home and abroad to get a good theoretical basis. Then we apply the theory to practical cases, analyze the present situation of receivable in detail, point out the management problems which contain organizational structure, credit rating, credit policy, information management system, daily management, control and debt-collection mechanism. According to these questions and the company characteristics, we give suggestions on improving structural establishment, establish the credit assessment mechanism, making reasonable credit policy, building the receivable information management system, strengthening the daily management and control, improving the debt-collection mechanism and so on, in hope to improve the present situation of receivable and the accounts receivable management level of ZX, and thus improve the economic benefit.The study based on field work gives some improvement suggestions on the specific issues according to the receivable management problems of ZX. The study has guidance significance and practical significance for the accounts receivable management level of ZX, and will also has a certain reference value to the other bearing enterprises. Because the author’s time and ability are limited, the limitations is unavoidable, I hope I can have future opportunities to improve.
