Research On The Effect Of Producer Services Industry On The Economic Growth In Xinjiang

Retrospect the history of the world economic development, we can found that service industry, which included the producer service industry, is a product of the specialized division of labor. Under the background of the integration of the world economy, the international division of labor and globalization, this paper analyze the development of producer service industry. From the current development trend of world economy, we can find that the producer services industry is the main driving force of economic growth in developed countries. At the same time, China has gradually started to attach importance to the development of the industry, and make the producer services industry as the focal point of the industrial structure adjusting. Xinjiang which has rich mineral resources is an important part of China, the frontier of China open to the West; as the front open to the West in China, Xinjiang is an important strategic position region connects China and Central Asia; as a core area in Chinese regional development strategy, Xinjiang is the key point of "Belt and Road" initiative. Xinjiang has some advantage for the development of producer services industry, make good use of these advantages can make producer services play its role for promoting economic growth in Xinjiang, and even has far-reaching influence for the overall economic development in China.This paper makes a comprehensive study of the relationship between Xinjiang producer services industry and economic growth. Firstly, this paper combs the mechanism of producer services influence economic growth. Second, this paper studies the current situation of the development from the total quantity and the internal structure of the producer services in Xinjiang. Third, this paper studies the relationship between producer services industry and economic growth in Xinjiang. Fourth, build the model of the relationship between the producer services industry and economic growth in Xinjiang, and build the model of the relationship between the main industry of producer services and economic growth in Xinjiang industry, and make empirical analysis. Finally, with the empirical analysis results do not fully meet the theoretical analysis results, this paper make a further explore in various problems and influencing factors about the producer services industry influence economic growth in Xinjiang, from two aspects: the problems of the producer services industry influence economic growth in Xinjiang and the factors affecting the producer services in Xinjiang.On the basis of studying conscientiously, get the following conclusion. First, Xinjiang overall economic and producer services industry has the obvious gross problem. Their development is in the low level, in the initial stage, and the quality is needed to improve. Second, Xinjiang industrial foundation is weak, does not have the perfect industrial chain, the urbanization level is low, restricted the development of Xinjiang producer services industry. Third, productivity of labor of Xinjiang producer services industry is low. At present, investment in fixed assets, human resources reserves and the proportion of added value of at a high level. But, the productivity of labor of Xinjiang producer services that related to the labor is lower than other producer services. This making the productivity of labor of Xinjiang producer services at a low level, employment of ability is insufficient, and the role of Xinjiang producer services in promoting economic growth cannot play well. Finally, Xinjiang has some external advantages. Including, location advantage, resource advantage, cultural superiority, advantage and policy advantage etc.. Make good use of these advantages, will accelerate the development of Xinjiang producer services industry, and promote external trade and international communication of Xinjiang. So that Xinjiang will have a good foundation of economic development.
