Study On Land Expropriation Peasants Consumption Behavior In Economic And Technological Development Zone Of Hefei City

Along with the speed of urbanization, "enclosure" is very popular in all areas among Chinese economic development. Large numbers of farmers’ land has been expropriated and became a special group of landless peasants in recent days. At present, the landless farmer’s consumer behavior research about Urbanization has attracted great attention of many scholars and the relevant government departments;In-depth study of the issue not only affects the speed of urbanization process in China, related to people’s livelihood, social stability and fairness, but also enriches the theoretical aspects of consumer behavior.Therefore, understanding the basic situation of landless farmers’ consumption, solving the unreasonable factors, leading Landless farmers behavior to a reasonable standard and guiding the affected farmers to establish a correct view of consumption is of theoretical and practical significance.This paper is based on the analysis of consumer behavior related to theory, design a questionnaire to obtain data through questionnaires and interviews in the field, and then use statistical methods, focusing on analysis of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone. To reveal landless farmers problems in consumption from consumption level and consumption structure of both behavioral characteristics, while using comparative analysis, differences in study landless farmers and rural residents and urban residents’ consumption behavior; and then, establishing landless farmers influencing factors of consumer behavior model, using SPSS19.0 software, draw a conclusion that a key factor about current landless farmers consumption behavior in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone; Finally, for the consumer problems in the process, make relevant policy recommendations. Following are the main conclusions:(1)Firstly, along with social and economic development, landless farmers in this particular social group of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, theirs overall size of consumer spending continues to expand, have increased the consumption and quality of life has been significantly improved.However, at the same time, enhance the overall level of consumption, its structure in some parts of the state remain in low level. Compared with the residents of Hefei, through the open area of landless farmers in the composite consumer still has some gaps, not only in the level of consumer spending, consumption structure is also reflected. In addition, landless farmer’s material life, excessive prudence, excessive pursuit of individual consumption and other extreme irrational phenomena abound.(2)Secondly, the land of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone farmers consumption behavior after lost their lands is influenced by many factors. Through empirical analysis of factors, bring the results: the land of farmers are affected by consumer behavior income, prices, financial attention, the urbanization rate, consumer psychology, factors significantly affected by level of education, the implementation of government policies, such as land acquisition compensation, including prices, consumer psychology and consumer behavior has a negative correlation characteristics. Landless farmers of gender,age, marital status, number of total household population, number of children in the family, physical health,the number of family workers currently working with nature factors, failed to pass the significance in test sample, indicating that these factors are weakly influence landless farmers consumption behavior.Based on the above conclusions, in order to promote landless farmers of Hefei Economic Development Zone having more rational consumption, this article made the following specific recommendations from the government and the social dimensions of their own: ① Implementation of relevant policies, improving the social security system, optimizing the consumption environment; ②Broaden employment channels, improving landless farmers’ income and increasing effective demand;③landless farmers have to strengthen consumer finance public education, guide rational consumption; ④strengthen landless farmers learning, so as to adapt to the new situation.
