| China’s urbanization and industrialization entered a period of rapid development at present, the expansive demand for non-agricultural construction land caused the number of landless farmers increase sharply. The employment predicament of occupational mobility of landless farmers has become an increasingly prominent social problem. Can we solve the occupational mobility problem of landless farmers, make them teke a non-agricultural occupations, avoid downward mobility risks and get upward mobility opportunity, not only related to the individual’s civil process, but also related to the healthy development of China’s urbanization, industrialization and social harmony, stability. At the same time, paying attention to the employment problem of landless farmers occupational mobility is also the inherent requirement of the strategic goal of eliminating poverty and fully completing the well-off society which put forward by China currently.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures, the study found that the existing research mainly from the static perspective of occupational participation, occupational stratification, occupational income, occupational adaption, etc. to analysis the employment problem of landless farmers, but basically not from the dynamic perspective of occupational mobility to systematic research the employment problem of landless farmers. This is not good for us to understand landless farmers’ career development path and characteristics, it is also difficult to deeply explain the evolution rules of employment behavior of landless farmers, so it is difficult to put forward counter measures. Based on this, this research will deeply analysis this problem"influencing factors of the occupational mobility of the landless farmers".Firstly, this study put forward the theoretical analysis framework of the influence factors of the landless farmers’occupational mobility on the basis of theoretical analysis of human capital, social capital, institutional change and so on. Secondly, a systematic review of the historical evolution process of the occupation flow of the landless farmers since new China has been established, and taking Jinjiang city of Fujian Province as an example, basing on the occupational stratification and sorting, analysising the characteristics of landless farmers’ occupational mobility and the characteristics of occupational stratification and occupational structure. Again, Systematic theoretical and empirical analysis for the influencing factors of the occupation flow of the landless farmers were respectively carried out from human capital, social capital, economic conditions, system environment, etc. Finally, according to the empirical results, this research briefly puts forward the policies recommendations to solve the employment problem of landless farmers’s occupational mobility. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First, this study refer Li Chunling’occupational stratification standard, according to the actual investigation information of landless farmers, and take the occupational prestige scale method to sort the professional level, eventually divide Jinjiang landless farmers’ professional to nice level, from low to high respectively are unemployed person, semi-unemployed person, agricultural workers, industrial workers, business and service staff, individual industrial and commercial household, office worker, professional technical worker, private businessman.Second, from the point of view of the occupational mobility condition, on the whole, landless farmers overall employment situation improvement is not obvious after land lost, the overall upward mobility rate is only slightly higher than that of downward mobility, occupational structure is still "pyramid" solidified state. Specifically, from the occupational outflow direction, with the improvement of landless farmers professional level,the upward mobility and downward mobility rate generally show a decreasing trend, the possibility of occupational development and occupational risk decrease simultaneously; from the occupational inflow barrier, with the promotion of occupational level, occupational inflow barrier show a greater trend, two secondary groups which are divided by the occupational level of individual industrial and commercial household generally only mobile within the scope of their respective groups;from the perspective of occupational stability, the more frequently landless farmers mobile and the more short of occupation flow cycle, the worse occupational stability.Third, Analysis the enfluence of the variables to landless farmers’ occupation mobility from four levles of human capital, social capital, economic status, system environment with contingency table respectively, drawing the conclusion:(1) The higher the level of education, the more helpful to promote the upward mobility of occupation of landless farmers and inhibit the downward mobility of occupation; with non-agricultural work skills can promote the landless farmers’occupation upward mobility, inhibit the occupation downward mobility; training experience can promote the landless farmers’occupation upward mobility, inhibit the downward mobility of occupation; optimization of health helps to suppress the landless farmers occupation downward mobility, but the first negative and then positive trend of the impact on the upward mobility;the longer the landless farmers’working time after losing land, the more helpful to prompte the upward mobility of occupation of landless farmers, inhibit the downward mobility of occupation. (2) Larger interpersonal relationship after losing land reduce the ratio of upward and downward mobility of landless farmers’occupation; government or community to provide employment assistance, personal relationships to provide employment assistance both can reduce land the ratio of upward and downward mobility of landless farmers’occupation; (3) Economic development zone near the landless farmers’family will lead to the proportion of upward mobility reduce and downward mobility ratio increase; larger ratio of the secondary industry output value divided by the third industry output value will lead to the proportion of upward mobility reduce and downward mobility ratio increase. (4)Diversified land compensation methods helpful to promote the upward mobility of occupation of landless farmers and inhibit the downward mobility of occupation; urban household registration can both reduce land the ratio of upward and downward mobility of landless farmers’ occupation;participate in the old-age insurance can help to increase the downward mobility of occupation of landless farmers and reduce the downward mobility of occupation.Fourth, on the basis of single factor correlation analysis, use the multivariate Logistic regression model, furtherly have a comprehensive analysis on the occupationla mobility of landless farmers by multiple factors which contain human capital, social capital, economic condition, institutional environment. The conclusions are as follows:(1)"age"," ratio of the secondary industry output value divided by the third industry output value of the land acquisition year"variables have a significant negative impact on landless farmers’occupational upward and downward mobility; (2)"education years", "working length after losing land" variables have a significant positive impact on landless farmers’ occupational upward and downward mobility;(3)"whether relationship network is bigger after losing land", "whether the government or community provide employment assistance", "whether the current occupation is found by personal relationships"variables have a significant negative impact on landless farmers’occupational downward mobility, but don’t have a significant impact on landless farmers’occupational upward mobility;(4)"GDP of the land acquisition year" variables have a significant positive impact on landless farmers’occupational downward mobility,but don’t have a significant impact on landless farmers’ occupational upward mobility; (5) "whether have non-agriclture work skills", "whether have other compensations beside the monetary compensation way" variables have a significant impact on landless farmers’occupational upward mobility, but don’t have a significant impact on landless farmers’occupational downward mobility; (6)"gender", "marriage condition", "health condition", "whether have training experience", "whether have Economic Development Zone near here ", "land compensation", "household registration system", "whether participate in pension insurance" variables don’t have a significant impact on landless farmers’occupational mobility.Fifth, according to the research conclusion, put forward policy recommendations contain strengthen professional skills training, improve the labor market system, construct multi-level social support network, establish entrepreneurship assistance mechanism, promote industry and employment coordinated and balanced development, explore diversified land requisition compensation system.This study bases on constructing theoretical model, designing multi dimension variables which affecte landless farmers’occupational mobility,systematicly analy landless farmers’occupational mobility influencing factors by theoretical analysis method and correlation analysis, multivariate logistic regression model empirical analysis method, so it can enrich the research field of rural labor transfer employment. At the same time, the research conclusion can provide decision-making reference for the government to promote the employment of landless farmers, so it has certain practical significance.
