Working capital as the most dynamic element of enterprise funds,is the fast daily liquidity, the biggest change and the fastest and strongest circulating funds in the enterprise.The stand or fall of its management will directly affect the survival and development of the enterprise.Thus, the importance of working capital management is self-evident.As a current asset accounts for larger retail enterprises- Su Ningyun business group co., LTD(Hereinafter referred to as Su Ningyun dealer),Over the past five years has been actively exploring the traditional retail enterprise Internet retail enterprise transformation method and path.Since2013,Su Ningyun quotient determines the "shop business + electricity + retail service provider" cloud business development model,Realize the integration development of online and offline,speed up the construction of chain platform, e-commerce platform construction.The strategic transformation of the company put forward a higher demand of working capital, making Su Ningyun dealer’s working capital ratio increases.By analyzing the case of Su Ningyun merchants,through the Su Ningyun business working capital management policy and analysis management of working capital performance,studied the increase of working capital in the strategic transformation of Su Ningyun business,the efficiency of the financial risk of working capital and working capital,evaluated the effectiveness of the transformation of the Su Ningyun suppliers.In this paper, using literature analysis, case study method and structure analysis method to analyze the working capital policy Su Ningyun suppliers,objective evaluation the Su Ningyun business financial risk of working capital, study suning used slant the aggressive financing policy and relatively steady working capital investment policy.This paper analyzed working capital of Su Ningyun based on the elements and channel working capital management performance evaluation system.Study from 2008 to2012, suning’s working capital management performance of a downward trend.In 2013, in the "cloud" development mode,Working capital management performance is improved than 2012.Thus it can be seen,Su Ningyun business transformation efficiency is gradually revealed.But in the process of the transition, such as inventory management, accounts payable management and channel management and other issues still exist to be solved.Finally, aiming at the problems Su Ningyun business management of working capital,We put forward the following suggestions:Suning should to gradually increase the intensity of the long-term borrowing,constantly expanding financing channels,abundant financing form;Suning to reduce the current assets ratio, increase the proportion of fixed assets, gradually reduce the flow of assets to improve profitability.In purchasing link to improve customer relationship and improve enterprise commercial credit;In the sales link to speed up the construction of logistics base, strengthen the inventory management;To strengthen the collaboration with customers, continuously improve the satisfaction of customers;In financial management link, suning can draw lessons from "supply chain finance", to provide financial products and services in order to improve the financial management activities of working capital management.
