Study On Tender Of Construction Contractor EPC Project Of ZYNF Company

The public bidding is regarded as a scientific method to choose construction enterprises, and international construction project contracting mode. At present, the research of the tender of EPC focuses on bidding decision above owners choose contractor of EPC project. But the Tender Process of construction contractor is rarely involved to enterprise of EPC project selects befitting construction contractor. ZYNF company win the first EPC project in 2002, which was based on the basic characteristics of ZYNF Company, but ZYNF Company has not the independent construction ability. Therefore EPC contractor want to successfully complete the contract terms in the Construction and installation, that an important first step is choose the qualified construction contractor through the tender.According to the requirements of the bidding system and the actual construction contract bidding characteristics to the owner and EPC project of ZYNF company each organize construction contract bidding. This paper analyzed the similarities and differences analysis of owner and EPC contractor according to each stage of the actual construction contract bidding process(preparation, implementation, bidding and transactions act total three stages), which is the process of complex bidding. This paper analyzed the reason, principle and scientific planning scheme to selecting construction contractor, which draws the construction bidding process model that is according to qualitative primaries, comprehensive selection and optimization of selection scheme to select the qualified construction contractor. This paper not only discusses the main characteristics of scientific evaluation, but also studies theory researches the general evaluation method(as the reasonable lowest price method, the comprehensive evaluation method and two-stage bid evaluation method), these methods are mainly based on the construction contract bidding of EPC project of ZYNF Company. At the same time, to pursue the project of maximum benefit is regarded as evaluation target. It systematic theory research on the evaluation system, and to further determine the evaluation model.Finally, the paper put forward the standard qualification, technical bid, commercial bid and the management ideas of quantity.The paper would contribute to step professional management in the engineering company, saving tender cost and engineering budget simplification act. Which is a good reference for the similar engineering company, through the research of the EPC project construction tender of ZYNF Company.
