The Study Of The Trust Risk In Construction Project Supply Chain

With the continuous development of the construction industry, the project also gradually toward large-scale and complicated. The traditional project management pattern has revealed new problems and supply chain management of project begins to be concerned and studied. The successful implementation of project supply chain between the partners need to trust as the foundation. The competition of construction market is intense. It has many uncertain factors and many phenomena. Construction market should continue to improve the market environment and improve relationships among the parties participating in the construction supply chain node. Based on the construction market situation in our country, the problem of trust did not receive sufficient attention in the project implementation process, how to avoid risks and make trust play the biggest role in the process of project construction is worth to discuss.Therefore, this paper analysis and research the trust risk of construction industry supply chain. Based on the research status at home and abroad and the analysis of related theories and methods, this paper research risk identification, risk evaluation and risk management of the trust risk of project supply chain. The research contents are as follows:Risk identification. Based on the analysis of project supply chain structure and the decomposition of project supply chain of planning, procurement, construction, sale and use five basic processes based on SCOR model, trust risk factors are analyzed. Factors are divided into five different dimensions of Project cooperation, capacity, enterprise mechanism, relationship characteristics and communication systems.Risk evaluation. This paper evaluates the trust risk of supply chain by using the factors identified. First of all, trust risk evaluation index system should be constructed,then, using the rough set theory to index data processing, finally, using the uncertainmultiple attribute decision making method based on advantages to do the evaluation of sort. Through empirical analysis, the ability obtains the maximum impact on trust.Risk management. Based on the analysis of trust risk identification and evaluation,trust risk management measures are proposed and the Partnering mode is analyzed.
