The development of software project is a human activity, which involves the social and technology uncertainty. As the development of information technology, the structure of software project becomes more complex. Therefore we should manage the development of software project. Firstly, this paper talk about the risk management process of the software project. The model of software project risk is researched. To direct at the problems of the evaluation of software project risk. A way of multiple attribute decision is put forward. In multiple decision making, the attribute weight is a important content. The analysis of fuzzy hierarchy process is used to confirm the subject weight and the entropy is used to confirm the object weight. The subject weight and the object weight are combined. The combination weights reflect the levels of subject and object. The validity of this way is proved by an example...
