Over the past decade, China’s civil aviation industry almost keeps 10% to 20% rate of growth, China’s air transport system has been ranked as the second place in the world. During the "Eleventh Five-Year", China’s civil aviation developed rapidly in the aviation business, kept 15% rate of growth for five consecutive years. However, the basic of aviation industry----pilots,are still short of training. This article is on the basis of China’s civil aviation industry, and analysis the actual situation of Shantou airlines pilot training deficiencies. And pilots training and check standards is designed according to the actual situation of Shantou Airlines. As a new method of management, the check standards will play an important role in training pilots in the future.The research contents of this paper mainly includes the following several parts: the first chapter is introduction, expounds the background of research and training assessment standard system of Shantou aviation pilots and the significance of the research, points out the Shantou airline pilot training on standard system of assessment contents and methods, and Research on the current pilot training evaluation standard system of domestic and foreign literature reviews. The present situation of Shantou airline pilot training of the second chapter and the related problems, and points out the general goal and content of pilot training, China Southern Airlines pilot training objectives, regulations and pilot training regulations and qualification requirements, to explore the Shantou airline pilot training features, related issues carding Shantou airline pilot training, mainly has the corresponding relation between the General Administration of civil aviation and aviation regulations manual the company is complex, time of training pilots tense, traditional militarized management mode, pilot training initiative is not strong, not establish personnel evaluation system, the pilot quantity and unreasonable structure, it is difficult to meet the minimum requirements of man machine ratio.
