In the knowledge economy era, human resource has become the core competitiveness of the enterprise. As the carrier of knowledge and skills, training has become enterprise’s important way to attract, develop and retain the talent. In this context, a power supply enterprise also attaches great importance to the training work. Training evaluation is the important content of training. Effective training evaluation can correctly reflect the training effect and existing problems, so it has a positive effect on business. However, currently the training assessment work of power supply enterprise management personnel doesn’t obtain enough attention. The problems that lagging assessment idea, single assessment method, seriously impact on the enterprise management personnel training effect. As a result, the power supply enterprise’s management personnel training effect evaluation system needs to be optimized.Training effect evaluation theory and method are introduced in this paper, and the power supply company management personnel training effect evaluation index system is constructed. The index system is built according to the characteristics of classroom management personnel training program. The power supply company management personnel training effect evaluation standards are set, and the training effectiveness evaluation process is described in detail. Power supply company management personnel training effect evaluation standards include five levels: reflecting layer evaluation criteria, learning layer evaluation standards, behavior level evaluation criteria, result layer evaluation criteria and the investment return layer evaluation criteria. Assessment system design process includes the process assessment and result assessment. Based on the power supply company classroom training project, the paper applies the designed evaluation system to evaluate it. Additionally, the problems exist in the classroom training are pointed out, at the same time the way to improve the effect of classroom training is put forward for the consecutive training program to avoid the same mistake and improve. Eventually the research results are concluded.
