Economic development improved peoples’ life and changed the need for a better living condition. The industry of decoration and building materials embrace a good development period. Along with the adjustment in real estate and environment, downstream industry suffered pains. Marketing is getting harder and harder. Xinyuan as a good brand in local suffered the same condition. And the same dealers in local in a desire need to find a solution. Merchants began to try co-branding when the tradition marketing out of effect. And new problems came out. By doing this paper, the author is trying to help those guys making a deep analysis and summary in order to improve the effectiveness and reach a good profit.The essay can be divided into six part by choosing a local wallpaper brand named Xinyuan. The first part makes an introduction of the background and the meaning in building material. The second part gives a good introduction about co-branding. And the third part tells the macroscopic environment and task environment of Xinyuan. Following is the fourth part by telling market strategies of Xinyuan. The fifth part points out the issues and gives the addresses. The last part makes a conclusion and hoping this research could be helpful to someone related.
