The advent of the era of open innovation, makes enterprises accelerate the pace of enterprise innovation, has also encouraged companies to constantly adapt to the demands of the development of innovation,so as to take part into the tide of social innovation. The social capital of enterprises as a new type resources of open innovation, needs the enterprise to develop and utilise.At the same time, the enterprise innovation team as the mainstay of enterprise innovation shoulder the burden of enterprise innovation,the condition of enterprise innovation team will be directly related to the success or failure of enterprise innovation activities, and be also related to the long-term development of the enterprise.How to improve the enterprise innovation team building to conform to the requirements of innovation environment, how to make use of social capital in order to improve the enterprise innovation performance, is an important task to academics and business practitioners.For this reason, this article will be to explore the relations among the social capital, enterprise innovation team building and enterprise innovation performance, and provide reference for management practice and theory study.In this paper based on the previous research achievements of both domestic and international scholars, this article summaried and analyzed social capital, enterprise innovation team building and enterprise innovation performance respectively in theory.Although at this stage,some scholars has already doing some research on the topic of enterprise social capital and the enterprise innovation performance, using enterprise innovation teambuilding as mediating variable to research the relationship between them are very few. Based on the existing research results,this aricle puts forward the hypothesis of this research by theoretical deduction. Then, according to the study, some related definition and measurement of the concepts of this research are confirmed, and the questionnaire has been designed.By means of the questionnaire survey and interviews for the enterprise innovation team members and managers, this research analyzed the collected data using the application of SPSS, AMOS statistical software.The results of the study demonstrates the hypothesis of this paper:(1) Social capital has a positive influence on enterprise innovation team building;(2) Social capital has a positive influence on enterprise innovation performance;(3) Enterprise innovation team building has a positive influence on enterprise innovation performance;(4) Enterprise innovation team building plays an intermediary role in the relationship of social capital and enterprise innovation performance.By the research results, this article provides some suggestions for the enterprise management.At the same time, this research also have some deficiencies and limitations, which will be perfected in the later research.
