Knowledge as the only significant resource which is the resource itself rather than one kind of resource.The enterprises knowledge assets use SECI model to enhance enterprises’knowledge innovation efficiency. Taking knowledge as the main competition subject has gradually become the mainstream style,hi-tech enterprises nurture、maintain the ability of competition advantages which are largely depend on the ability of the creation、acquisition、operation and renovation of the whole organizations.R&D team is the core sector of high-tech enterprises,the level of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation directly correlation to the survival and development of the organization.Social man was found through ’Hawthorne test’,no matter individuals or organizations should adhere three concepts:relation,position,cognition.How R&D team internal capital order to improve internal communication and cooperation,how to obtain the critical resources and external exchanges and cooperation are related to the organizational innovation performance.whereas as the core part of knowledge management-knowledge sharing is also the pre-requisite and foundation of knowledge innovation.Therefore regard knowledge sharing as the bridge from the whole perspective to analysis the relationship between R&D inner social capital and knowledge innovation must be more meaningful.This paper investigated three city of Yangzhou,Taizhou and Nantong by means of random sampling questionnaire.The preliminary research collected 125 effective samples by testifying the reliability and validity in order to determine the final project of the questionnaire.The formal research analysised 241 valid samples by means of descriptive statistics anslysis,AVNOA analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,regression analysis and intervening variable analysis found three conclusions:1)The R&D team external social capital has a significant positive effect on team knowledge innovation perfonnance;2) The R&D team internal social capital has a significant positive effect on team knowledge innovation performance;3)Knowledge sharing has pattial intervening variable effect between R&D team external, internal capital and the innovation performace.Through the empirical analysis of the results get three implications:1)Pay attention to the R&D team external social capital.On the basis of building wide external contacts and mutual trust use the common languages to get explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge to knowledge innovation; 2)Maintain R&D team internal social capital. R&D team internal social capital as the core of knowledge innovation,the internal relation* structure and cognition deeply influence the knowledge innovation performance.So we should maintain the internal culture and order;3)Enhance the efficiency of internal and external knowledge sharing. R&D team internal members should build the mechanism of knowledge sharing in order to accelerate knowledge transfer、absorption,and then to integration、 extraction to make the so called 1+1>2 excess-effect and then promote the organization’s innovation performaces.
