Innovative team is an important organization type for enterprises to solve key problems and realize enterprise strategy.However,due to the novelty,uniqueness and risk characteristics of the innovation team's work,it is not suitable for standardized management and operation.Therefore,it reveals the working mechanism of the enterprise innovation team under the high performance goal,explores its realization path,and refines the management mode that suits it.It is obviously important for the enterprise to enhance its innovation ability,enhance its core competitiveness,break through the technical blockade and ensure its strategic goal.The support role plays an important role in promoting China's achievement of an innovative national strategic goal.At present,the academic research on the innovation team is mainly aimed at the research activities of universities,but there is a lack of comprehensive research on the innovation teams.With the development of the Internet,the organizational structure of enterprises has become flat,and the organization has become a system composed of complex relationship networks.In recent years,self-organization theory has attracted extensive attention from business managers and academia because of its high adaptability to the environment and flexible innovation.Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the evolution mechanism of the team based on the perspective of self-organization theory.As an organization form,the self-organization degree and status of the team also determine the overall efficiency and ability of the team.As a result,a highly selforganizing enterprise innovation team is more likely to achieve optimal status,enhance innovation,and achieve innovation goals than other teams.Therefore,based on the analysis of the characteristics and competence characteristics of the enterprise innovation team,this paper studies the selforganization evolution mechanism of the enterprise innovation team under the influence of a small number of rules,and introduces the Logistic equation tobuild on the improvement of the Logistic equation.The enterprise innovation team self-organizes the evolution model and simulates the model.The selforganization theory is used to study the enterprise innovation team,which not only ensures the healthy and orderly development of the innovation team,but also enriches the research perspective of the innovation team problem.The research results can improve the efficiency of the enterprise innovation team and ultimately improve the team technology.Creativity.Finally,based on the above analysis,the performance improvement path of the enterprise innovation team is designed,and the research results provide a scientific basis for the enterprise to better manage the enterprise innovation team.
