Research On Industrail Cluster And Spatial Distribution Of Large Passenger Aircraft In China

Industrial cluster is an effective organization form to obtain competitive advantage In the process of industrial development. It can be seen that aviation industry cluster development is the only way which must be passed from the world the development of large passenger aircraft industry. With the development of large passenger aircraft project in our country, a series of questions cause the attention of many scholars, including how to make full use and configuration of the existing air resources in our country, how to optimize industry layout, how to cultivate large passenger aircraft industry cluster, and so on. For these questions, research on industry cluster and spatial distribution of large passenger aircraft in China is conducted. Main tasks are as following:(1) Based on the history of large passenger aircraft industry in China, studies are conducted on the development shase of civil aircraft in China, the aggregation and layout of the main aviation industry enterprises, the aggregation and layout of eight Aviation high-tech industry bases. Results show that problems are existing during the process of industry cluster and spatial distribution of large passenger aircraft in China, including obvious phenomenon of isomorphism, dispersed distribution, weak Technical foundation, lack of talent, lack of long-term strategic planning, and so on.After the analysis of the industry cluster and spatial distribution of the Aerotropolis(Seattle, Toulouse, Montreal, Campos), It plays an important role on the formation and development of agglomeration of large passenger aircraft industry that convenient transportation, support of research institutions, the cultivation of major airlines, policy support of the government, developed basic Industry etc.(2)By the method of CRn index, location entropy, Herfindahl-Hirschman Index(HHI), space Gini coefficient, E-G index, the agglomeration level of large passenger aircraft industry in China is measured from the perspective of industry, region and country. Results show that, the agglomeration level of large passenger aircraft industry in China is low and distribution is dispersed. Most of the enterprises are located in the mid-west areas whose local economy is relatively backward. However, the agglomeration level of east areas is low and has a great potential for development.(3)By the method of Principal Component Analysis, the comprehensive integration ability of six provinces and cities such as Shang Hai is measured. Results show that, Shanghai is the best location, which could be considered as the core region of the large passenger aircraft development. The existing aviation industry and advantages of the core aggregating region in Shang Hai are analyzed qualitativly. The advaatages are including Traffic, intelligence, industry foundation, the airspace condition, policy. Then, The core circle of the industry cluster of large passenger aircraft in China is analysized from two perspectives of building supply network of parts with a range of one hour in Yangtze River Delta and Cultivating the regional aviation industry cluster. Lastly, the industrial distribution in the worldwide of large passenger aircraft in China is analysized from the perspective of supplier selection.
