The Research On The Coordinated Development Of Jing-jin-ji

Jing-Jin-Ji geographical proximity, social and economic development is closely related, has the advantages of location,politics and talents,is the most development potential economic area of our country. To promote Jing-Jin-Ji coordinated development can promte the region’s economic transformation,upgrade quality and international influence.At present, China has regarded the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji as an important strategic move for the national development plan, and has obviously enhanced the power of regional cooperation.Jing-Jin-Ji is facing many problems in the future, the construction of the capital circle of Japan provides the successful experience for the Jing-Jin-Ji development. Japan’s economic recovery after the war, industry caused the rapid development of urbanization, population to Tokyo are concentrated, which leads to a series of problems of Japanese city, then opened the prelude to the construction of the capital circle. The Japanese capital circle went though five times planning, guide the capital circle to cooperate, completed the evolution from structure to the network structure of the progressive, and promote the rapid development of Japanese economy, promote innovation and structure transformation ability and competitiveness in the international market, provides valuable lessons for China and even in the world.This article analyzed the strategic position and function, scale degree structure and infrastructure level and challenges the Jing-Jin-Ji face in collaborative development process,finding that the development is not balanced, the industrial structure is irrational,the resources and environment bearing capacity is insuffient,The problem of inequality in the administrative region is outstanding. And analyzed the connection to the Jing-Jin-Ji city space from the economic relation intensity index,aggregation and radiation effects of empirical indicators, there is a certain space contact between Jing-Jin-Ji,but need to strengthen.On this basis, this paper putted forward the network Gou Jianjing Ji Jin "one main two three band" the spatial development pattern.Through the analysis and research to the collaborative development of Jing-Jin-Ji city, by referencing to the role of government in the development of Japanese capital circle to promote and coordinate, construction Deputy Du heart and new city, improving the regional function division of labor and infrastructure construction experience, combined with the Jing-Jin-Jin collaborative development plan outline, this article putted forward the strategy, positioning of city function,developing network space mode and weakening of administrative divisions, finally this article putted forward the countermeasures and suggestion, optimization of urban scale grade and industrial structure,reinforcing the traffic infrastructure construction, optimization of the eco spatial structure,making innovations of Jing-Jin-Ji cooperation mechanism, raise the city’s comprehensive competitiveness, in order to develop sustainablely and harmoniously.
