Comparative Study On The Relationship Between Agricultural Insurance And Agricultural Economic Growth In Different Regions Of Hebei Province

This paper mainly studies the relationship between agricultural insurance of Hebei Province and agricultural economic growth. In order to promote the development of agricultural economy panel data model is established to explore the regional differences of agricultural insurance. Firstly, the article introduces the development situation of agricultural insurance and agricultural economy in Hebei Province, and then put forward to the problems of agricultural insurance. In 2007, the government carried out agricultural insurance policy, agricultural insurance income has been greatly improved to provide effective protection for agricultural production, but there are still many problems and regional differences about agricultural insurance in our province. Then, in order to study the regional difference of agricultural insurance, this paper uses cluster analysis method and chooses seven indexes of influencing agricultural insurance to divide 11 cities into three regions. The three regions regard as the research object to carry out empirical research.In order to research the regional differences of agricultural insurance and promote the development of agricultural economy, the paper makes use of panel data analysis and chooses three indexes—per capital GDP of agricultural, per capital agricultural insurance income and per capital agricultural fixed assets to establish the panel data model of the three regions. Through the cointegration test on three panels, the artcle confirms that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between three variables, and then selects three regional panel data model. By Eviews6.0, we can find the regression results: three areas is different in agricultural insurance and agricultural economy. Agricultural insurance in the first area and the third area has a significant role in promoting the development of agricultural economy, but the second regional agricultural insurance and agricultural economic development shows a negative correlation relationship, this area needs to improve the development of this area.
