As the problem of the global resources and the environment being more and more serious, the international community attaches great importance to the problem of carbon dioxide emissions, our country continuously explore to find out a low carbon development path to reduce the high energy consumption and high carbon dioxide emissions of rapid economic development. Under the background, the consumer’s awareness of low carbon emission and carbon emission reduction policies have become the key factors influencing the enterprise product pricing and carbon emissions, the production and operation of enterprises have to shift to a low-carbon one. And enterprise has to reconsider its low-carbon product pricing and carbon emissions. Through building a profit function considering the factors of carbon, this study scientifically explained the influence of carbon tax policy on enterprise’s low carbon product pricing and the carbon emissions decision-making in theory. The significance of conclusions is not only in theory but also in practice. On one hand, it helps the policy-making departments to realize the carbon tax effect on the enterprise in the microscopic view, and help to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to reduce emissions. On the other hand, it helps the enterprise to realize the risk and opportunity which carbon tax policy brings to. Enterprise can put forward effective measure advanced. This paper mainly studies a enterprise how to make a decision of low-carbon product pricing and carbon emissions in the context of carbon tax policy. First of all, The paper systematically reviews and summarize the relevant research, then defines the related concepts and the research object; Secondly, in the goal of enterprise’s profit maximization, we build a model of enterprise’s low-carbon product pricing and the optimal carbon strategy without carbon tax policy, and obtained the optimal solution. Thirdly, on the basis the model without carbon tax policy, we continue to establish a model under carbon tax policy. Then, we make a comparative analysis and conclusion of the optimal product pricing and optimal carbon emissions between the two models. We also set specific value to the variable to make a numerical analysis, then make a comparative analysis of the influence of carbon reduction cost coefficient and the different levels of carbon taxes to low-carbon product pricing and the carbon emissions and the influence of carbon sensitive coefficient under different carbon emission reduction cost coefficient to the corporate profits with or without a carbon tax. Finally, we draw a conclusion and make a suggestion to the government and enterprise on the basis of the research conclusion.Through the study we found that the low-carbon pricing is positively related to the subsidies for consumers to purchase per unit low-carbon product, the higher the emissions, the goals of the enterprise, the sensitiveness of consumer to the product of the carbon emissions. Different levels of carbon tax and carbon emission reduction costs have indirect effects on the price of low-carbon product. We also fund that when the profit function is a linear function on carbon emissions, in the presence of a carbon tax, profits are quickly falling down with the emissions increase, the greater the tax is, the faster the profits reduce; when the function is convex function, the firm will reduce carbon emissions as much as possible; when function is a concave function, if the cost of carbon reduction coefficient is within a certain range, the company will do its best to reduce carbon emissions to the lowest level, if the cost of carbon reduction coefficient is greater than a certain value, the enterprise will improve carbon emissions to maximize profits and the enterprise’s optimal carbon emissions will decline with the increase of carbon tax.
