The status quo exists that it’s low efficiency and high energy consumption about the use of the domestic construction template. The use of wood plywood is still in a dominant position, which is not conducive to the implementation of the policy of energy saving and emission reduction by green building. In order to seek a path of economic development with low-carbon and environmental protection in the area of construction template in our country, it chooses the new building materials of aluminum alloy template as the research object. Through the investigation and research on the use of domestic project construction template, it analyses the specific factors that affect the promotion and application of aluminum template. Then it can find out the countermeasures and suggestions to promote aluminum template extension.This article has done a research to the literature. The results about the ancestors’ research made us understood the development industry of template domestic and foreign, even learned the methods to solve the problem about domestic industry development. It made us preliminarily understood the direction of development environment and research of aluminum template. Through the study of characteristics of all kinds of building templates and the analysis of technical and economic comparison, it summed up the advantages of aluminum template in the field of architecture template.For the actual situation of the use of the template in the construction the realization of customer groups to aluminum template, the author designed a specific questionnaire to collect the staff’s answers in the building fields. It established a database and analysis it as chart base on the database. It got a full understanding of domestic aluminum site template and the use of marketing through the analysis of the data. In the analysis of factors affecting aluminum template extension, using the principal component analysis method and multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis between the factors. To solve too many influencing factors, large statistical data of the actual situation, the article uses the dimensionality reduction technique, on the basis of mathematical modeling, using E-VIEWS software computing statistical data, from many factors screened a strong correlation between the main influence factors, further regression analysis, validation key factor screening of rationality, and the use of test of significance of strengthen the argument.Combined with the analysis of the questionnaire data, the paper carried out a detailed analysis about aluminum template popularization and application from the four aspects: the purchase way, propaganda,activities degree of practicing about energy-saving and emission reduction, the cognition of rules about green building, providing the basis for the study of aluminum template promotion strategy.For the development of effective measures to solve the obstacles of aluminum template in marketing, the paper based on the point of supplier template, construction enterprises, government and other social subjects, combined with the application of aluminum template influence factor, making use of marketing theories and methods related to strategy.
