The Real-time Control System For Logistic Information Of Network Outside Processing Based On Mobile Terminal

Currently, assome machinical manufacturing enterprises in china are lack of their equipment and technology, more and more of which choose to make full use of the stock of social resources, they put some parts or semi-finished products to other units for outsourcing. At present, in most modes of manufacturing outsourcing in our country, the management on the logistics information of outsourcing parts by the host plants is not perfect enough. The host plants are not good at managing logistics information with information technology in the process of outsourcing logistics, such as receiving and shipping management in the process of outsourcing logistics, location information of real-time logistics. This will bring about that there isn’t a timely, effective feedback mechanism between the host plant and outside plant, so that the host plant can not optimize the scheduling of production and the allocation of resource. According to the difficulties and needs in real-time control for logistic information of network outside processing, this paper based on some existing research results, makes further research and exploration for the real-time control for logistic information of network outsourcing.First, through the analysis of current research of the upgrade by information technology in outsourcing, combined with characteristics and needs of real-time control for logistic information of network outsourcing, this paper presented a method and real-time control system for logistic information of network outsourcing based on mobile terminal, then the general idea, the system structure and the function structure of logistic real-time control system were studied.Secondly, based on the above research of system structure and function structure, some key technologies to achieve the system were studied, including the technology of intelligent mobile terminal based on Android, the describe of real-time control for logistics information of network outsourcing Web Services-based, and the collection of intelligent mobile terminal hybrid position data.Finally, based on these studies, combined with the practical situation and requirements of the outside processing in Zhenjiang Siemens Busbar Trunking System Co.Ltd, A real-time control system for logistic information of network outsourcing based on mobile terminal was designed and developed. This system has been successfully applied in the outsourcing logistic information real-time control in this enterprise and good results were obtained.
