Research Of Automobile Manufacturing Supply Network Risk Assessment Based On The Directed And Weighted Network

As the global economic integration deepens and customer demand change rapidly, competition between automobile manufacturing enterprises and suppliers has extended to the competition between supply networks. Automobile manufacturing enterprises rely on the high profits brought by the more and more efficient cooperation between supply network members. However, the risk of the supply network increases while the cooperation between suppliers gets closer. It will be a serious threat to the other members if disruption risk happens. Assessing supply network risks has become a research problem which scholars care about a lot. Therefore, this paper researches on the key problems of supply chain network risk assessment based on the directed and weighed network from system engineering and the main content is as follows:①By analyzing the causes of the supply network risk, this paper identified and confirmed the supply networks risk factors, namely the influence of the external environment risk, node enterprise ability, relationship between node enterprise risk.②Establish a risk assessment model based on directed weighted network, which considers about three dimensions of supply network risk assessment, namely external environment risk, the node enterprises ability and cooperation risk. To solve the problem, this paper introducing two variables, the "importance of nodes " and "importance of edges", as transition variables.③ Put forward the calculation method of the "importance of nodes "and "importance of edge”, and construct the two-dimension model of supplier business network and relationship network.④To verify the validity of the model by applying the assessment in Company C.Through the research of supply network Risk assessment, automobile manufacture enterprise can be more conversant about the risk level of the whole supply network and can also identify the key risk. All those work can finally help the company choose the right strategies to avoid the risk.
