With the continuous growth of the personalized needs of customers,product functions need to be continuously improved to meet customer's needs,so it is inevitable to face the fundamental problem of design changes in the design and production process of complex product.However,in the actual production,the large number of complex products,including many parts,and the chain reaction of change propagation caused by the perplexing relationships between parts.Especially,some of the core parts of complex product,they become the center of complex product,and there are large number of relationships with other parts,"adding" role in design change in the process of information transfer,once the design change information through the core parts or design change of themselves,it will cause a chain reaction of design changes.Then,it will not only lead to delaying product design cycle,increasing design cost,dropping product quality,but also may result in customer dissatisfaction with enterprise,affecting enterprise's efficiency.In this case,the construction of complex product design structure network model and the identification of core parts of complex product become the focus of this study.Therefore,based on the complex network theory,this paper focuses on complex product,and the main contents of this paper is as follows:Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of complex product and the relationship between parts,the connotation of the core parts of complex product is discussed,the deficiency of the existing core parts identification algorithm are proposed,and then the key problems are analyzed.Then,the research route and technical framework are described.Secondly,according to the relationship between parts of complex product,and using the knowledge of design structure matrix and graph theory,directed weighted complex product design structure network is constructed.On this basis,the network characteristics are expounded,and the edge weight algorithm based on D-TFN is proposed,and the related parameters are explained.Thirdly,the factors that affect the core parts identification are analyzed,and the core parts identification algorithm based on neighborhood coreness within characteristic path is proposed.Then,the concrete measure index and algorithm steps are given,and the improved SIS classical virus propagation model is used to analyzing the reliability and superiority of the algorithm.Finally,the research results of the paper are applied to the complex product produced by H Company.Based on analyzing the relationships between parts of wind turbine structure produced by H company,the model of the directed weighted design structure network of Wind turbine is constructed,and its core parts are identified.Through application effects analysis of forecasting results,the validity and practicality is verified.
