The Study On The Effect Of Circulation System Optimization On The Stability Of Agricultural Product Prices In Domestic And Foreign Trade

Along with economic globalization, the market boundary is increasingly fading, domestic and foreign market integration becomes an inevitable trend of economic development. Under this background, the internal agricultural product prices is with high volatility, facing huge risks. How to stabilize agricultural product prices has become the focus of Academic Area. For complex factors affect agricultural product prices, along with different action mechanism and influence degree, this paper argues that optimizing agricultural product circulation system, figuring out each factor’s action mechanism and affecting path on agricultural product prices, are advantageous to basically stabilize agricultural product prices.This article adopts theoretical research and case study method, takes Foshan Zhongnan agricultural products trading center as an example, combs out the theoretical framework of agricultural product circulation system on agricultural product prices on the basis of literature study, collects original data through field work method at the same time, uses qualitative analysis software to figure out how agricultural product circulation system influence the agricultural product prices and clear the affecting path.Firstly, after sorting out relevant literatures on agricultural product circulation system and agricultural product prices, this article will build the theoretical framework that it is concluded from the influence of agricultural product circulation system on agricultural product prices from the perspective of market and non-market factors, and then puts forward relevant theoretical assumptions.Secondly, this paper collects the original text data through on-the-spot interviews, use qualitative analysis software ATLAS. TI to verify the theoretical assumptions, clear the action mechanism and affecting path on the market and non-market factors how to influence agricultural product prices, which lays a foundation for putting forward the policy proposal to stabilize the agricultural product prices.Finally, according to case study results, suggestions are put forward to stabilize agricultural prices from the perspective of optimizing agricultural circulation system.
