A Study On The Circulation System Of Agricultural Products Of Shan Xi Province

With the improvement of market economic system, the leading position of the circulation industry in the national economy is increasingly prominent. At present, people in all social circles are fully aware of that in order to realize a sound and fast development in rural economy; we must deal with the relationship between the agricultural production and rural distribution, to solve the problem between the small-scale production and the big market, with the purpose of promoting the rural and agricultural modernization. According to Adam Smith's view, the deepening division of labor is the source of economic growth, and the most fundamental reason of promoting economic growth is the deepening division of labor, and its constant evolving. The key method of deepening the division of labor in rural areas and accelerating rural economic development is to promote the specialization of agriculture and agricultural product circulation and to make the agricultural product circulation separated from agricultural production to completely form a highly specialized agricultural production systems and independent and efficient circulation system of agricultural products. Only establishing a sound agricultural products circulation system, can we realize a fully market-oriented and market scale agricultural products. In this way, we can promote effectively the evolution of the labor division in rural areas and improve the efficiency of agricultural production, and furthermore, increase farmer's income and revitalize the rural economy.Therefore, in the new era of "twelfth-five" construction, accelerating the establishment of the circulation system of the agricultural products in Shanxi Province is conducive to the construction of new countryside in our province and to the coordinated development between urban and rural economy of our province and help to solve the issues of agriculture, farmers and rural area.In this thesis, it mainly contains five chapters. In the first chapter, it discusses the writing background and significance of this article and sums up the domestic and foreign scholars'researches on the circulation system of agricultural products and proposed the research line of this article combined with related theory. In ht second chapter, we study some related theories such as Commodity circulation theory, the circulation industry of agricultural products theory and specialized theory. In third chapter, from the empirical point of view, we illustrate the present status of circulation system of agricultural products in Shanxi Province, on the basis of which, we analysis the problem and its root causes in the agricultural products circulation system. In forth chapter, Combining the relationship between economic development of Shanxi Province and the circulation of agricultural products and rural social labor division, and the income of farmers, we put forward the the fundamental requirement and aim of constructing the modern circulation system of agriculture product. Based on the actual situation of each city and county in Shanxi Province, the fifth chapter, from the normative point of view, gives us the specific path of building a modern circulation system of agricultural province.
