Study On An Approach To Realize Ecological Civilization

Eco-tourism as a new, a green, and environmental of tourism way, its target is environmental protection, and the guide is sustainable development. In the activities to reduce influence of natural environment and social culture, and by conducting a systematic exploration, experience, learning and cognition, so as to meet the psychological needs of tourists, and improve the ecological awareness and behavior of tourists, and realizing the harmonious development of man and nature. However, Chinese scholars are from research on eco-tourism, eco-tourism in China has already started, but there are still many problems in the development process, of which the main reason is that eco-tourism education protection functions are not effectively play.With the concept of ecological civilization and the construction of ecological civilization in China as required by the report suggested that ecological civilization construction became the main content of the current society, ecological goals is the promotion of man and nature, between man and man, man and the harmonious development of society. Eco-tourism is reflected on the natural and human environment protection, but also reflect the social environment of human’s awareness of environmental protection, ecological education and its function.This research through in-depth analysis of the educational system of eco-tourism, feature content, target groups including education, influencing factors and the means of education, combining internal and external operating mechanism of educational function of eco-tourism and construction of theoretical system of educational function of eco-tourism. Combined with national eco-tourism demonstration region, case study of the educational function of eco-tourism, and reached the whole conclusions:(1) to eco-tourists in tourist areas mature, the well-known scenic spots and cultural level is generally high, already has the potential of eco-consciousness and environmental responsibility, but lacked a certain ecological life.(2) eco-tourism education of target groups including tourists, tour guides, community residents, tourism managers, scenic staff, government officials and students; education includes education in ethics education, environmental education and aesthetic education, cultural knowledge and skills education; education area education, school education, social education and legal regulations, and so on.(3) the realization of education function of eco-tourism impacts on ecological civilization embodied in national quality improvement and ecological consciousness,promoting the change of consumer behavior, improving the ecological environment and eco-cultural heritage and promote social harmony and development of five areas.
