The optimization of tax service has a very important role to promote tax collection, reduce tax costs, reduce the burden on taxpayers, and protect the interests of taxpayers. With development of the economic and society, people increasingly concern about the tax service, it has a strong practical significance to research on how to optimize the tax service of local tax departments.Base on the theory of reading a large number of domestic and foreign optimization of Tax service,it is necessary to optimization of Tax service for tax revenue collection and management after analyzing problems of the tax collection department of Shanwei. The present situation of Shanwei tax collection department problems,this part starts from the author’s practical experience,analysis of the causes of problems.
