Research On Informatization Development Planning And Implementation Strategy Of P Power Plant

Today, close combination of informatization and industrialization is the trend, This paper analyzes the current informatization status of P power plant, sorts out the P power plant’s situation and existing problems of informatization construction, and then plans in-depth strategy of informatization development aiming at existing problems. Finally summarize and form a P power plant informatization strategic planning as the core "Four Self In One"(self-presentation, self-evaluation, self-correcting, self-improvement).Through the survey of P power plant’s informatization working situation, it shows that the plant has built an enterprise-internal information network system with Gigabit main bandwidth. There are nearly twenty running applications, such as EAM, SIS, team management, digital coal-yard system, they have become indispensable tools and assistants for production and management. Most work of the plant can be espressed accurately, synchronously, detailedly from the internal information network system. However, because there is no informatization development strategic plan at the corporate level, these systems are built basing on the request of different departments. While each functional department proposes needs in its own angle and height, so there is a problem: applications become isolated information islands which can not form a corporate "self-presentation" through information fusion; Plant work disperses in different application systems and thus it can’t give a comprehensive and accurate on-line "self-evaluation"; Incomplete and inaccurate job-evaluation results in that the problems in general work can’t be reflected and exposed, then it affects the plant’s "self-correcting"; The major goals of the information system emphasise business processing, yet be lack of comprehensive and scientific analysis on data and events, hence it can’t achieve intelligent reflection of data and closing-loop management of events, so the plant can not achieve "self-improvement."Aiming at the existing problems of P power plant’s current informatization application system, and combining the own needs of power plant development in the new situation environment, we propose informatization development strategy planning objectives for P power plant, that is developing and constructing informatization management platform with ability of self-display, self-evaluation, self-correcting, self-improvement(known as “Four Self In One”), then promoting enterprise-wide display, scientific evaluation, timely correction, and continuous improvement of the company.Centering about the goals of P power plant development strategic plan, this paper presents specific embodiments of P power plant informatization construction, that is, integrating, analysing and inspecting the data and events of each information isolated island, in order to achieve comprehensive self-display, self-evaluation, self-correcting, and self-improvement around the plant’s work on security, production, operation, environmental protection and management.
