Inland waterway transport is one of the most important component of integrated transport system, and is the bridge of the hinterland and coastal areas. The development of inland waterway resource depends on the development of node enterprises of inland waterway transport supply chain system. However, as the two major enterprises of inland waterway transport supply chain system, inland ports and logistics enterprises have not yet coordinated well in the longitudinal direction. This article chooses inland port and logistics enterprise as objects for study, and constructs the two-level supply chain model with inland port as core, then proposes to strengthen the coordination of inland port service supply chain by information sharing, so as to enhance its overall competitiveness. Then, the profit model of inland port and logistics enterprise are built to quantitatively analyze the problem of information sharing coordination. And the coordination effects are quantitatively discussed of three contracts: revenue sharing contract, cost sharing contract and traffic reward contract in completely decentralized decision model. Furthermore, the trailer transport simulation model is established, to validate that the strategy of information sharing between inland port and logistics enterprise can shorten the waiting time of trailers and reduce the length trailers lined up at the gate of port. Finally, the information sharing implementation solution is provided, that is to realize the information coordination between inland port supply chain node enterprises, through the construction of public service information sharing platform based on RFID technology.
