CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility, called CSR) has a far-reaching development from a proposal to now. In order to comprehensive and sustained fulfil social responsibility, Business must build social responsibility management system structure. Meanwhile, as the international standard ISO26000 "Social Responsibility"(2010) and IQNet SR 10 "Social Responsibility Management System"(2011) certification standards worldwide distribution, corporate social responsibility management has become a hot issue of management science and organizational behavior concerns. Some large companies have accumulated a related corporate social responsibility management practices, academia has gained some theoretical results, but Chinese companies can not simply copy and replication these results. Faced with this trend, Chinese companies that how to better fulfill corporate social responsibility, what the important factors that should be concerned about, turning it into a competitive, it has become an urgent problem.This study compared and analyzed the corporate social responsibility management system model of several domestic and international, using inductive logic analysis method, based on the analysis "manage" connotation, system management theory, Hall systems engineering theory and practice of development of three-dimensional management system, we construct a three-dimensional theoretical model of corporate social responsibility management. Theoretical models include: management hierarchy dimension, the managed object(content) dimension, management process dimension, from the four factors the Board of directors, supervisors, senior managers and department managers analyze the management level; from the identification of stakeholders and society theme, subject and type of clear lines of responsibility and a clear commitment and responsibility assumed responsibility strategy on three factors management objects(content) were analyzed; from the planning, implementation, monitoring and improving the four factors on the management process were analyzed, various factors at all levels interlocking. Then, the paper select five samples of successful enterprise by multiple cases study approach, the three dimensions of the nine factors of corporate social responsibility management confirmatory analysis, and the five elements of corporate social responsibility management,Finally, the study put forward suggestions for the implementation of corporate social responsibility model.Theoretical model of corporate social responsibility management system structure is constructed in this study, it enrich and improve the content of corporate social responsibility management, providing the theoretical foundation for Chinese enterprises fulfill their social responsibility. The study hope that more companies from these elements promote social responsibility management, improve competitiveness, make corporate social responsibility into a competitive advantage, to cope with "the barriers of social responsibility" of the international market.
