The Characteristic Fruit Industry Development Question Research Of Aksu Region

In recent years, the strategy of advantage resources transformation which has been carried out in characteristic forestry and fruit industry in Aksu Prefecture has become the area economic growth and farmers’ income growth pole with its considerable economic benefits and ecological function and good prospects for development. The climate and heat resource in Aksu region also provides a unique advantage for the development of characteristic forestry and fruit industry. Therefore, Aksu region guided by the scientific development and leaded by the market demand, make full use of the natural resources advantage and the traditional habit of planting fruit for local farmers, vigorously develops the characteristic forestry and fruit industry.To achieve the optimization, the ecologicalization and the characteristic, and to enhance the market competitiveness, Aksu region put the characteristic forestry and fruit industry on an important position and launched a series of policy measures to support the development of characteristic forestry and fruit industry which can drive the related industry development, create jobs and increase the fiscal revenue, also can inject new vitality to the development of national economy.According to the spirit of the Central Work Conference in Xinjiang and the rules of agricultural economic development, Aksu region has carried out the overall layout planning for the characteristic forestry and fruit industry. In the layout adjustment of characteristic forestry and fruit industry which put the planting base construction for red dates, walnuts, apples and pears in the center, in the situation of developing characteristic forestry and fruit industry, the planting area of Aksu region has reached 4.524 million mu by the end of 2012. But the development level of characteristic forestry and fruit industry is still in primary stage, the price always goes up or down, selling fruits has become more and more difficult year after year. Correct understanding of overall situation of the characteristic forestry and fruit industry development, find out the substantive issues which exist in the process of developing, changes the resources superiority for the economic conditions, making the characteristic forestry and fruit industry become an very important industry in Aksu region which can promotes agricultural economic development and increases farmers’ incomes.The objectives of this paper are promoting the characteristic forestry and fruit industry development and realizing adjustment and optimization of agricultural industrial structure in Aksu region. On the basis of comparative advantage in the characteristic forestry and fruit industry, we focus on the problems which exist in the characteristic forestry and fruit industry development. On the premise of full investigation, we apply the methods of statistics, comparison, summarized and empirical analysis, and systematic research the problems which exist in the process of characteristic forestry and fruit industry development. We find out the root of problems and the critical questions which influence the healthy development of the characteristic forestry and fruit industry. It would be play a positive role in development of the characteristic forestry and fruit industry. We put forward the suitable and feasible measures which would provide theoretical foundation and practical reference value for healthy and rapid development of the characteristic forestry and fruit industry in Aksu region.
