Study On The Poverty Allevation Effect And Promotion Plan Ofindustry In Aksu Area Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The problem of poverty is a historical problem that China has been facing.It is the only way to realize the rejuvenation and development of contemporary China and the inevitable choice to benefit the people of all ethnic groups in the country.Xinjiang Aksu region is one of the three regions and three states in the country's deep poverty area,and its poverty problem is more prominent.In the context of the national development strategy,there is a close and inseparable relationship between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Poverty alleviation focuses on solving deep poverty,regional overall poverty,filling the weaknesses in the development process,while rural revitalization pays more attention to solving the problem of unbalanced urban and rural development.Based on the perspective of comprehensive rural revitalization,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Aksu area,typical poverty alleviation model,finds out the problems existing in the process of industrial poverty alleviation,breaks through the relevant bottlenecks,and gradually realizes the strategy of rural revitalization.This article is divided into7 chapters on the improvement of the quality of industrial poverty alleviation in Aksu area under the background of rural revitalization.The introduction part includes the specific reasons of the topic,the relevant background of the research,the current research situation and research ideas at home and abroad of this topic,the focus of this paper,the innovation points and research methods.The second chapter is to comb the core concepts,literature and theory related to this subject,and lay a theoretical foundation for the study.The third chapter is about the implementation of poverty alleviation projects in Aksu region,the effect and operation of poverty alleviation loan projects,including the implementation of poverty relief measures,combined with precision poverty alleviation in Aksu region,Xinjiang On the basis of the existing precision poverty alleviation,this paper points out that the industry poverty alleviation in Aksu area has made remarkable achievements.This paper summarizes the effective experience of the special mode of industrial poverty alleviation in Aksu,analyzes the outstanding problems of industrial poverty alleviation in Aksu area,and discusses the existing ideas of industrial poverty alleviation inAksu area.It is proposed to strengthen the support for poverty alleviation projects,strengthen the deep processing and research and development of products,increase the use of professionals and the training of local residents;accelerate the development of marketing to achieve multi-channel income increase;accelerate the implementation of tourism poverty alleviation projects,continuously expand the planting area of characteristic agricultural products and achieve industrial upgrading;vigorously carry out practical skills training courses,encourage the broad masses of residents to participate in poverty alleviation projects such as skills training,develop characteristic industries,organize professional scholars or technicians to systematically understand,learn and pass on characteristic cultural appliances or cultural products,excavate and train relevant talents to form systematic development.Enhanced training,To change the backward ideas,ways of thinking and ways of life of the local poor households;to encourage the poor households to take the initiative to participate in poverty alleviation projects and skills training to improve the system as the foundation to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to more accurate implementation of policies in deep poverty areas,as scheduled to win the battle against poverty,and complete the historic task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
