The real estate industry is to provide housing for urban residents with basic industry of high correlation, to adapt to the development, it should develop with the economic coordination, also must be restricted by the macro economic policy. The current environment, especially the national regulation policy to suppress, the real estate industry is facing re reshuffle, poor sales, cost of persons in the world, is of practical significance to research on the whole process of target cost management of real estate development project.We hope that through this case, analysis of target cost management in the whole process of Real Estate Company development projects, the project funds in the process of cost management control, to achieve the optimal utilization of funds. Hope that through the target cost control the whole process of the whole process of a real estate project target cost, full process control refers to the project land acquisition project to complete the process until the property delivery date, through the analysis of the project development conditions and the overall positioning, through market research, according to the sales requirements, investment, development stage project start up stage, design stage, the preliminary(Preliminary) prepare cost design stage, construction drawing design stage goal.In this paper, for instance DH estate QJ project cost control analysis. Finally, the actual operation of the project cost control QJ, to evaluate the usefulness of the effect of the various methods of cost control goals.This article is the theoretical significance for the cost management of the goal to expand in the real estate industry, through case analysis method, the use of target cost management has been extended, and on the basis of theoretical research, the cost management of a real estate project to the theoretical guidance for the practical significance of this paper; the dynamic control of the the target cost of specific projects, and the project post evaluation, confirm the Real Estate Company to develop the whole process of project target cost management method, the real estate enterprises in the current market environment and realistic meaning of guidance value.
