The EPC Project Cost Plan Preparation And Control Research

In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly. The EPC general contract mode is gradually developed and adopted by more and more construction enterprises. Therefore. how to make the construction enterprise drop low cost in the EPC total contract mode will be the key to the construction enterprise now and future research. EPC total contract mode covers design,procurement,construction and many other links. The construction enterprise needs to carry on the compilation of the cost plan for each phase of the project before the project is carried on,so as to find out the key points and methods of cost control in order to reduce the cost. This thesis mainly for the EPC project design,procurement,construction of the three stages of the cost plan to study the preparation process,and cost plan in the three stages of application is studied.Firstly, this thesis studies the cost control theory in domestic and foreign EPC mode, and summarize the problems.Then through the research on the three stages of design, purchase and construction of EPC project,describing the relationship between the three stages,and combining domestic and foreign the EPC project cost control measures of research results, and how to identify the EPC project cost control of the influencing factors to be able to design the EPC project in design, procurement and construction stage of cost plan preparation process, and according to the characteristics of the cost plan, the main control measures of each stage are described.Then this thesis introduces the application of the the ZiLeLanXuan project in the design, procurement construction of the three phase of the cost plan, and effectiveness of these measures achieved in cost plan, then deeply analysis the effectiveness of the results, summarize the problems and countermeasures existing in the ZiLeLanXuan project of the three stages. Finally, according the key factors affecting of the cost plan in the EPC project, the relevant suggestions are given for the cost management of three stages of design, procurement and construction.
