With the change of project construction mode and rapid development, subcontracted construction enterprise has become the main body of building enterprise members. At this stage, however, under the influence of construction market, subcontracted construction enterprises common strength is not strong, life is not long, the market share is not high, the regional distribution problem is still remain, difficult to meet the market demand. Aiming at this problem, proposed a method of evaluation of subcontracted construction enterprises competitiveness, to enhance the competitiveness of subcontracted construction enterprises to provide guidance, to enhance the competitiveness of subcontracted construction enterprises has important and far-reaching significance.In this paper, based on the current situation of the development of Tianjin subcontracted construction enterprises, using genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network theory, combined with the characteristics of the subcontracted construction enterprises, and the evaluation of the competitiveness of related case study. The main research contents are as follows:1. To analyze subcontracted construction enterprises competitiveness, through the analysis of the relevant theory of enterprise competitiveness, and summarizes the connotation, sum up its basic characteristics, the competition is divided into resources, profitability, management, innovation, sustainable development and so on five aspects.2. In Tianjin, for example, analyze of the construction industry development background, survey the development of subcontracted construction enterprises; Build the evaluation index system, the establishment of evaluation of subcontracted construction nterprises GA-BP neural network evaluation model.3. Study the competitiveness of subcontracted construction enterprises through case. Select part of Tianjin subcontracted construction enterprises as the evaluation sample, the evaluation index data processing, the expectation value of the sample is obtained by analytic hierarchy process(AHP), using Matlab software programming, to get competitive value by GA- BP neural network.
