Evaluation Of Interactive Development Between Urban And Rural Industry In New-stype Urbanization

Urban-rural relations not only related to the development of a particular region, but also to the progress of the whole country.Like most other developing countries,the structure of urban-rural relations in china can mainly attributed to three aspects including industry,land and population.As the cornerstone of the economy,industry’s development has become the emphasis of the development of urban-rural relations.Since the reform and opening up,the development of China’s urban- rural industry can be broadly grouped into two stages:the planned economy period and economic system transformation period.And the status of rural industries has been raised gradually.In recent years, Hebei Province responds to the national policy guidelines positively,and proposed a series of measures to the development of urban-rural relations. As a new stage of the development of urban-rural relations,fusion development of urban-rural industry has playing a irreplaceable role to solve the "three rural" issue.Research literature on fusion development of urban-rural industry is poor.This article defines the connotation of new urbanization and fusion development of urban-rural industry based on analysis of relevant literature of both. Through lessons learned from development of urban-rural relations abroad and analysis of current situation in Heibei Province,we can conclude that both the development level of new urbanization and fusion development of urban-rural industry are low. To this end, this article construct an index system to appraise new urbanization and fusion development of urban-rural industry based on the existing literature and calculate the correlation degree of fusion development of urban-rural industry and the various factors with gray correlation method.We can conclude agricultural mechanization, the urbanization rate and other factors have a greater impact on their development.In addition,this article use principal component analysis to evaluate the development level of new urbanization and fusion development of urban-rural industry of eleven city in Hebei Province quantitatively with statistical data of the year 2012. The results show shijiazhuang rank firstly while Zhangjiakou score least.On the basis of this, this article test the relationship between them utilizing correlation analysis methods.The research shows the fusion development of urban-rural industry and new urbanization have a strong positive correlation.Finally this article put forward relevant policy recommendations respectively from five aspects of development of agriculture modernization, urban-rural industrial, urban-rural services, new urbanization and the efforts of government support.
