Under "along the way" of the national strategic context, energy problem has caused wide attention once again, China’s energy enterprises not only face the fierce competition, domestic energy enterprises to participate in the competition of the world’s energy field at the same time. As a big province of coal resources in Shanxi province, coal enterprises has an important position, for Shanxi province and even the whole country’s economic growth has made outstanding contributions. However, due to various reasons, Shanxi province’s coal enterprise in developing facing many unsustainable problem, the problem exist for a long time, to the Shanxi province’s coal enterprise competitiveness and adverse impact on the long-term development.Unsustainable problem in the development of coal enterprises, many scholars and the wide attention of the society. Shanxi province’s coal enterprise besides has the universal problems of general enterprises, but also has its particularity.
