In recent years, CQ factory had gradually built up the operating risk management system, however, the management, operation, risk precaution and monitoring of the regulations as well as procedures, are still not satisfying enough so far. Simultaneously, the factory’s projects are featuring great political significance, high technical complexity, a number of product categories, short developing cycles, pressed schedules etc. In addition, due to the limitation of internal human resources, facilities, sites etc, the whole course of the implementation of the project is still full of a great deal of risks, contradictions, difficulties etc. Moreover, the competition is becoming stronger and stronger in aerospace sector, therefore, if our factory fails to finish the project on time and with high quality, the profit of our factory will be effected significantly. Therefore, it is very necessary to set up a risk management and controlling system for its specific R&D projects.Firstly, the thesis generally introduces current situation of risk management research and application at home and abroad, and then analyzes DM project’s features and current risk management situation, and then identifies the critical risk factors involved in the project by the usage of scientific researching methods, consequently setting up the risk list covering all the risk factors from the project’s beginning to the end. Finally, the thesis carries out the assessment and classification of all the mentioned risk factors, and then constitutes the corresponding solution.The research content includes:Firstly, based on the division of risk area, the risk analysis, the risk identification, the risk categorization etc, the author tries to make all the risks clear during the implementation of DM project.Secondly, this thesis uses AHP method to assess the risk damaging coefficient, uses probability statistics method to assess the risk probability coefficient, and finally establish the risk map to define the risk rates.Thirdly, according to the results of risk assessment and risk rating and aimed at the critical risks of the mentioned project, the thesis presents the solution for risk controlling and management of the project, and simultaneously, uses the earned value analysis method as well as cause and effect analysis method to constitute risk pre-warning measurement, accordingly increasing the effectiveness and timeliness of risk management.Finally, through the content summarization of the whole thesis and combined with the practical limitation of researching works, the author brings about the direction of the project’s risk management.Through the risk management research of CQ factory’s projects, the author is deeply anticipating to boost the improvement of risk management level of CQ factory, and also wish to supply experiences for other manufacturers alike.
