With the development of our national economy, the improvement of people’s living standard, people’s demand for tourism is gradually increased, especially marine tourism have become the new tourism consumption tendency. The development of marine tourism projects have become many supporting tourism business hotel new revenue growth. Turisthotellet is the main infrastructure of tourism development, the quantity and quality of service development, is an important symbol of the developing level of tourism industry. Sanya is the most famous China coastal tourism city, its development speed is higher than other city hotel.This paper is based on the theories and methods of risk management of project, Haitang Bay Hotel real estate development project risk management are studied.Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the topic, research literature at home and abroad, and the main content, the technical route and related theory are introduced in this paper. Then, according to the analysis of Begonia Bay Hotel real estate development project, introduced the basic situation, the implementation of the project schedule, construction contents and environment of the project market analysis. Identification and risk of Begonia Bay Hotel real estate development project. Through qualitative analysis indicated that the risk of Haitang Bay Hotel real estate development project can be divided into financial risk, human resource risk, technology risk, project risk and project quality risk. The risk evaluation of Begonia Bay Hotel real estate development project. Using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method of Begonia Bay Hotel real estate development project risk evaluation. According to the identification and evaluation of risk, the risk of Begonia Bay Hotel real estate development project for the analysis and design.
