With the rapid development of modern logistics industry in recent years, logistics information construction has made remarkable achievements. A batch of large logistics companies such as China COSCO(Group), China’s Sinotrans(Group), have improved their market competitiveness by the advanced international information technology. But still the progress need to be made comparing with the logistics information construction in the developed enterprise in the countries like the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea and Singapore.The original aim is also to reduce manual intervention, and to make logistics information construction as a part of the internal business automation. As demand for improvement of the control of the freight for the whole, the process to the entire regulation and real-time control began to upgrade. The emphasis of logistics information construction was laid on the application functions, information resources development and process optimizing, to raise the scientific of the business decisions. How to start a high quality enterprise information construction has become the key point of core competitiveness of Logistics enterprises. Therefore, a scientific and reasonable evaluation method of logistics enterprise information construction can make the logistics enterprises realize their status quo, advantages and disadvantages, which can specifically make the system optimization and improve, reduce the distance with the international logistics enterprises, and better improve the enterprise information construction.The construction of information system is a huge project, and its effect evaluation is also a complex system. Different stages of construction need different evaluation method. In this article, the following were studied:1. Based on the information systems of CRI company, the evaluation methods of the information system were compared, and the application effect evaluation index system model was established on account of theoretical basis of analytic hierarchy process.2. The evaluation information of system was collected through the questionnaire which was designed according to evaluation index system model and an On-site Survey, an assessment report was also present by the research.3. The indexes were selected according to the weight of assessment indicator of the system, and these indexes were verified by the Evaluation results of the Information system application effect in container depot.This article Qualitatively evaluate application effect of The terminal information system in CRI company in the first place, in the next place, a quantitatively analysis was analyzed to find out the weakest point of the system, a recommendation for improvement of the system was made Qualitatively to improve the operation efficiency and service quality of the working system in the center terminal at last.
