Analyze whether those existing evaluation methods suitable for company E, leverage Balanced Score Card's four dimensions plus system technology dimensions, totally from these five dimensions to evaluate ERP system application effect, use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to convert evaluation index from qualitative question to quantitative question, and do calculation; finally, apply this evaluation method to evaluate company E's ERP application effect, and analyze the evaluation result.
