As one of the focuses of strategically incentive mechanism in human resource management, salary management is the source and motivation for the employees to pursuit personal goals during their working for enterprises. Salary management is not only a technical work, but is a kind of strategic consideration as well. A scientific and effective salary system could allow the employees to give full play to create greater values for the enterprise, which could lead to the strategic development objectives of the enterprise ultimately. Therefore, it is very important for the salary management and even for the human resource management of an enterprise on how to design and effectively implement such salary system as suitable for enterprise’s needs.Although the real estate industry in China starts off later than other industries, however it develops rapidly. Therefore scarcity of professionals becomes the bottlenecks for enterprise development, and the salary system will directly affect the talent attraction and retention of a company. ZY Real Estate is a company with sufficient resources and fast development, but its holistic management, especially human resources management, lags far behind the development pace of that company, which cannot satisfy the needs for the enterprise development. Therefore, this company urgently needs to establish a set of scientific, valid and practical salary system in order to win out in the fierce war for talents and further to improve its competitive ability on talents retention for promoting the realization of strategic purposes. Based on theoretical research and investigation on the present situations, this essay expatiates ZY Real Estate Company’s salary system design, optimization and makes analysis on how to implement the new salary system, maintenance and analysis of dynamic adjustment.This essay makes a deep research on salary system after consulting series of books on salary management. It studies ZY Real Estate Company on its salary system design based on its human resources management situation and current salary system, and it is expected that this essay could be valuable reference information for the readers.
