With the rapid development of the social and economic environment and progressing of science and technology, human resource management has become the core and foundation of modern enterprise. The competitions of the modern enterprise lie in the competition of the talents, the competition of the scientific and specialization in talents management. So human resource management should be scientific and effective. Salary and pay-related performance are the most important parts, are the most concerned by the top level and all employee in the enterprise. It will have great effect to the whole enterprise.The material come from Chongqing XX real estate Company, investigated the pay-related performance and salary system, and referred lots of cases and materials. The paper analyzed the human resource management, diagnosed pay-related and salary system on the base of the enterprise current status. Found that the salary system is unreasonable and unjustness. the employee are not active and competitive, can't meet the demand of the company development, that brought a lot of difficulties for the human resource management and running management.After analyzing we redesigned the pay-related performance and salary system combined the company manages strategy. The project includes the guidance, principle, mode and framework, also included the details information about the positions. At last we came into being the pay-related performance and salary system of the company.
